December 29, 2018

I. Status Quo of Industry Development and Overall Targets of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan

As of the end of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, China has become a major producer and consumer of polyurethane products in terms of total volume. However, per capita consumption is still relatively low, and it is still a relatively large distance compared with developed countries. Polyurethanes in China still have a lot of room for development. . At present, the global polyurethane industry is still in the developing stage. China's polyurethane market has become the driving force for global polyurethane market growth. Especially during the peak of the world financial crisis from 2008 to 2009, the world's major polyurethane production and marketing markets have shrunk dramatically. China's polyurethane production and sales still have A lot of growth.

According to the “Eleventh Five-Year” development plan of China Polyurethane Industry Association, the target of polyurethane consumption at that time was to reach 4 million to 5 million tons by 2010. In fact, by the end of 2010, the polyurethane consumption in China had reached 6 million tons. . The development goals of the major basic raw materials MDI and polyether polyols in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" have been exceeded. The original plan for MDI capacity development target was 890,000 tons, which actually reached 1.39 million tons; but TDI originally planned the domestic 580,000 tons capacity plan has not been reached due to technical bottlenecks, and it only reached 290,000 tons in 2010. (In the same period, Bayer and BASF were in Shanghai.) 460,000 tons of production capacity has been built); the original plan for the industry in various professional areas of important technological upgrading, research and development requirements have been achieved, such as Gansu Yinguang 100,000 tons TDI technology development, Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical, Tianjin Sanshi petrochemical 10,000-ton DMC continuous process polyether polyol technology development.

At the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, China’s polyurethane industrial industry has reached 9 million to 10 million tons, ranking first in the world; demand for polyurethane foam will reach 1.8 million to 2 million tons, and rigid foam will reach 2 million to 2.1 million tons. (Including CPU, TPU, waterproof paving materials) up to 700,000-800,000 tons, synthetic leather slurry up to 2 million-2.2 million tons, sole fluid 400,000-45 million tons, spandex 400,000-45 million tons, paint 130 Ten thousand to 1.4 million tons, 400,000 to 500,000 tons of adhesive/sealant, and its demand for the main raw materials isocyanate and polyether polyol is about 2.5 million tons and 3 million tons.

Mainly through independent scientific and technological innovation and development, the production technology and product quality of important basic raw materials, additives and major types of products will also reach or approach the international level. Accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure, improve the level of high-end products, eliminate backward production capacity, and initially form a polyurethane material industrial system with rational layout, green environmental protection, and low carbon and high efficiency.

Second, key development directions, goals and measures

(a) Isocyanate

- Development direction and goals

During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the direction of the isocyanate industry is to optimize industrial layout in accordance with the principle of large-scale and recycling integration, base development, and industrial cluster development; to organize production and technological advancement in accordance with the principles of low-carbon, safety, environmental protection and green; , high performance, high value-added principle to develop new isocyanate products. Encourage competent domestic companies to become bigger and stronger, participate in international competition, control industry scale according to market demand, avoid blind investment and vicious competition, and create a resource-conserving and environment-friendly isocyanate industry.

The goal is to build a world-scale isocyanate manufacturing base. With reference to the development law of the petroleum and chemical industry, especially the isocyanate industry, we will focus on building a coastal isocyanate production base with world-class scale, world-class technical level, and industrial chain recycling economy integration, making our country's production of isocyanates into leading international companies.

--specific measure

Construction of several port isocyanate production bases. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, it is necessary to increase support and policy inclinations to further strengthen the planned construction of isocyanate chemical industrial parks and build world-class isocyanates with complete industrial facilities, fully recycled materials, energy consumption and low “three wastes” emissions. Production base.

The production capacity and equipment level have grown to scale and integration. In the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, China must strictly control the scale of the new TDI projects, promote the technological advancement and replacement of existing installations, and vigorously develop the industrialization of TDI complete sets of technologies with independent intellectual property rights of over 150,000 tons.

Promote MDI, TDI technology innovation. The direction of MDI's technological innovation includes: further development of MDI products in different fields of application; quantitative adjustment of MDI reaction activity; and further reduction of solvents and energy consumption in the production process.

The focus of TDI technological innovation should be to break through the new gas phase ** legal TDI complete set technology after solving liquid phase large-scale mutative technology. China must actively organize domestic technology leaders in the isocyanate industry to track, research and develop and strive to form independent intellectual property rights, and to achieve industrialization during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period;

High added value of chlorine resources and recycling of new technologies. The "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" should solve this problem according to the two ideas of high value-added use of hydrogen chloride and recycling of chlorine resources in the device. First, the use of high added value of hydrogen chloride; second, the use of hydrogen chloride oxidation to achieve the recycling of chlorine resources; third, the recycling of brine to achieve the recycling of chlorine resources.

(b) Polyether polyols

Polyether polyols are the main raw materials for synthetic polyurethanes, referred to as polyethers (PPGs). In the industry, polyether polyols are generally classified into five categories according to their uses: soft foams, rigid foams, CASE, POP, and specialty polyethers. In 2010, the domestic production capacity has reached more than 1.9 million tons. In addition to planned new and expanded projects, the total production capacity will reach more than 2.6 million tons, which is close to the estimated consumption in 2015. In 2010, domestic consumption (including imports) was only about 1.5 million tons, and there was already excess production capacity.

During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, China's polyether polyol industry should avoid blindly expanding, overcapacity, strengthen structural adjustment, change the status quo of a single product structure, unreasonable proportion, low-end, etc.; research, improve, promote DMC and other continuous process production New technology, improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce pollution.

- Soft foam PPG

During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the normal soft foam PPG market should be further standardized and integrated to avoid unnecessary redundant construction; the necessary quality standards for market access should be established to ease the low-grade vicious competition such as price war; and strengthen the high-activity PPG The research and development of new products meets the needs of downstream high-end consumption; encourages higher prices for better quality and protects the healthy and orderly development of the industry. Major measures: First, to strengthen market potential and release the existing vacant soft foam PPG production capacity; second, improve product quality and increase market high-end product capacity; third, refine product quality and focus on human health; fourth, increase technology research and development, and vigorously develop Halogen-free flame-retardant technology; Fifth, the development of matching technology to meet the needs of automotive production and development; Sixth, to support independent innovation and improve the core competitiveness of high-speed rail field.

-Polymer polyol (POP)

High-profile start-ups in the automotive and high-speed rail industries have rapidly boosted POP consumption. Therefore, during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the industry should establish necessary access standards to avoid vicious competition for POP products; improve the POP production process to improve product quality. The measures are: improve process methods and improve product quality; improve the initiation system , optimize the production process. Improve product odor and meet environmental protection requirements; formulate POP product standards and standardize market access systems.

- Hard foam PPG

The hard bubble PPG is the most difficult and the most developed and integrated space product. With the low-carbon lifestyle more and more accepted and practiced by people, China's rigid bubble PPG will have a huge space for development in the areas of building energy conservation, solar water heaters, wood-like furniture, pipe insulation, and engineering applications. The industry should first promote the self-discipline of corporate behavior and avoid disorderly competition; it calls on the country to issue corresponding policies and regulations as soon as possible so that low-carbon projects can make substantial progress during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period; pay attention to low-carbon markets and pay more attention to research and development of low-carbon technologies. development of. The measures are: First, turning waste into treasure, recycling resources, making use of renewable materials to prepare monomeric polyether or polyether combinations; second, developing new products, striving for high-end markets, and vigorously supporting production with certain technological accumulation, scale, and strength. Manufacturers stepped up their research on the subject; third, they focused on low-carbon and opened substances PPG; fourth, they focused on the environment; developed and developed full-blown foaming technology; and 5 established standards to promote the industry to accelerate the orderly development; 6 is source control. Reducing environmental pressures (increasing the biodegradability of wastewater); Seventh, industrial integration, and promoting industry intensification and large-scale development.

- PSG for CASE

The national RMB 4 trillion capital development infrastructure policy has facilitated the demand for CASE polyethers, especially for the polyurethane waterproof materials used in high-speed railways. According to a conservative estimate, during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the PPG required for this material is approximately 15,000 tons/year. Therefore, during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, it is necessary to continue to do a good job in two aspects: First, we must work hand-in-hand with downstream enterprises to tap into the application development capabilities of downstream products, and continue to expand the application of CASE polyethers to high-speed rail projects; second is to consolidate the DMC. (MMC) catalytic process in the application of CASE polyether production, increase the DMC (MMC) process applied to other types of product research and development efforts, from the source to reduce the three waste emissions.

(III) Propylene oxide (PO)

--Overall objective

Improve the energy saving, consumption reduction and environmental protection of existing installations, strengthen the introduction of new process HPPO and increase the independent development capability of new process key technologies; increase the industry's integration efforts and increase the overall HSE level of the PO industry; Communication and communication create a good atmosphere for the development of the industry and effectively promote the rapid and healthy development of the industry.

--main mission

Under the condition of ensuring the current scale of production, the existing facilities will be continuously upgraded with regard to energy saving and consumption reduction, and energy recovery and reuse. At present, in addition to two sets of PO/SM devices, China's propylene oxide production plant is still a chlorohydrin process. The environmental problems inherent in the chlorohydrin process itself, such as the severe corrosion of equipment, and the contamination of waste water and waste slag, have been constraining the continued development of the process. In particular, under the current environment of promoting environmental protection and low carbon at home and abroad, it has been necessary to raise the level of energy saving, consumption reduction, and environmental protection of the chlorohydrin process.

(D) Polyurethane foam

During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the focus of the development of the polyurethane foam industry is "environmental protection, innovation, safety, energy conservation, and high efficiency." It is necessary to focus on key technologies and equipment development such as building energy conservation, equipment localization, enterprise scale, process modernization, product functionization and refinement, and strengthen the construction of public service platforms for major national needs; the total industrial scale will be 3.8 million to 4.1 million tons.

The main tasks during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period are: to promote the integration of the polyurethane foam industry; to increase the use of polyurethane foam for building insulation; to increase the application of biomass renewable resources; to strengthen the development of fine chemicals for polyurethane foams; Polyurethane foams; Development of special polyurethane foams and functional polyurethane foams; Promotion of localization of polyurethane foam production equipment.

(E) Polyurethane Elastomers and Resins

It is expected that demand will reach 1.1 million to 1.2 million tons in 2015. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the polyurethane elastomer industry, especially the CPU and waterproof pavement materials, should strengthen structural adjustment, improve process technology, and increase industrial concentration. TPU, spandex, etc. improve the technological level and product quality, and increase the market share of high-end products. Further expand the application of polyurethane elastomers in emerging industries such as high-speed rail, urban rail transit, wind power generation, and solar photovoltaic.

- CPU (KT)

We will increase our research and development efforts and strive to achieve breakthroughs in the industrialization of high-performance polyurethane CPUs for applications such as automotive tires, high-speed rail and urban rail transit.

At present, the prepolymer manufacturers have small production scales, most of which are below 3,000 to 5,000 tons/year, and have poor product quality stability, especially high free isocyanate content. During the twelfth-five-year period, it is necessary to establish a 10,000-ton high-quality pre-polymer with low free isocyanate content. Production equipment.

In terms of chain extenders, in addition to expanding the scale of production of high-quality MOCA, the scale of application of the new chain extenders MCDEA\E-100\HER\HQEE-, etc., is strongly promoted.

CPU production further uses machine operations to change the manual process.

At present, polyurethane elastomer manufacturers are small and scattered, with hundreds of companies; during the 12th five-year period, enterprises are encouraged to merge and reorganize to increase industrial concentration.

- TPU

Since the beginning of this century, China's TPU has achieved a production capacity of 230,000 tons in 2008, which is the largest in the world due to the huge application market for shoe materials, rubber rollers, rollers, tubes, adhesives, synthetic leather, melt-spinning spandex, and films. In 2007, it consumed 115,000 tons (about 30% of the world's total consumption of 384,300 tons), ranking first in the world. In 2010, it consumed 154,000 tons. Domestic TPUs are mostly low-end products. They are mainly used in shoe materials, pipe materials, and bar materials. They are used in high-end products such as adhesives, melt-spinning spandex, and films. The quality of domestic products is still high. Poor and unstable, and small scale, mainly imported from Europe and the United States; and the production equipment of medium and low-end products has been blindly expanded in recent years, resulting in excess capacity. The general situation of TPU is that European and American imports, Taiwan, and South Korea produce products and domestic products in mainland China, but the domestic market is in a weak position. Therefore, during the period of the 12th and 5th year, the main objective of domestic TPU is to increase scientific research and development, improve the level of technology and expand the market share in the high-end market. specifically is:

Improve the current middle and low-end product technology and key production equipment (double-screw reactive extrusion equipment) level, improve product quality and stability, the main type of product quality Taiwan, South Korea in the mainland factory product level.

It has solved the production technology of high-end products such as melt-spun spandex chips, moisture-permeable films, breathable films, and adhesive resins, and established more than 10 production lines with stable, continuous and single-line 2000 tons/year, and the product quality has reached the international level.

- Polyurethane paving, waterproof material

Polyurethane paving materials are mainly used for plastic runways in stadiums, schools and other sports fields, baskets, volleyball courts, etc. Polyurethane waterproof materials are mainly used for building roofs, exterior walls, kitchens, bathrooms, roads, railway bridges and culverts, etc. coating. The domestic application in 2010 was about 200,000 tons. Polyurethane paving materials are currently undergoing intense competition with low-grade and disorderly products. Enterprises, especially construction companies, are small and decentralized. During the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, the government should intensify policy control, encourage the merger and consolidation of key large-scale prepolymer production enterprises, and improve the industry. concentration. Technologically develop multi-type, high-performance, more environmentally friendly products. Such as the expansion of the MDI type ratio, the development and promotion of nano-filler type, no particle surface but anti-skid products. Polyurethane (including polyurea) waterproof materials should be promoted in high-speed rail and urban rail transit applications, and the application of color polyurethane waterproof coatings in buildings should be promoted.

- Dry spandex

Some key technologies of dry spandex are the basic application technology of polyurethane, continuously developing high-tech, high value-added varieties of spandex, continuously improving the level of product differentiation and functionality, continuously improving the international competitiveness of products, and continuously reducing the production cost of products. It is an important development direction for China's spandex structure adjustment and industrial upgrading during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. In 2010, the domestic production capacity of dry-process spandex has reached 310,000 tons/year, while the market demand is 210,000 tons/year. This has caused negative market conditions such as oversupply and insufficient operating rates. To this end, domestic enterprises should strengthen self-discipline in the industry and make every effort to prevent the phenomenon of blind expansion.

The development goals of dry-process spandex during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period are: rationally plan the regional layout of dry-process spandex in China; vigorously cultivate 3 to 4 domestic dry-leaving spandex leading enterprises with international competitiveness; vigorously foster 1 to 2 technological innovations Strong, strong financial strength, strong international competitiveness of the PTMG leading enterprises.

- Melt spun spandex

China's melt-spinning spandex production capacity reached 20,000 tons/year and more than 30 production enterprises. However, raw material slicing did not pass through the country, and most of them purchased the BASF TPU slice from Germany. TPU slicing equipment technology is an important condition for manufacturing qualified TPU slicing.

Melting spun spandex industrial chain supporting technology is not very mature: the melt spinning spandex industrial chain These downstream process conditions and dry spandex are not completely similar, can not apply dry method. The melt-spinning process has less than ten years of development history in China, and no technologically mature supporting process conditions have yet been formed.

During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, melt-spun spandex focuses on breakthrough stability and high-performance slicing technology, mainly for raw material formulation, key equipment process conditions and supporting high-performance cross-linking technology. A number of production lines with a capacity of 2,000 tons/year or more were established to achieve domestic production capacity of TPU chips of 50,000 tons/year.

(6) Polyurethane Coatings

Polyurethane coatings are widely used in wood coatings, construction, anti-corrosion, automobiles, ships, light industrial appliances, railways and highways. In 2005, they consumed 350,000 tons, and in 2010 they reached 950,000 tons, with an average annual growth rate of 22%. They are the coatings industry's development. One of the fastest breeds. The guiding ideology of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” development is to continue to grasp the core of environmental protection, energy saving, and functional technologies, and insist on innovation as the top priority for development. Through adopting strategic leadership strategies and product differentiation strategic strategies, we strive to achieve good results. Rapid scientific development.

Specific measures are: to increase the performance of polyurethane waterborne wood coatings (such as improving water resistance, hardness, fullness, drying speed, etc.), improve the scientific research and development of quality improvement, and accelerate the industrialization process, expand the application scale; vigorously develop high-performance polyurethane , Polyurea waterproof coating, to promote its application in high-speed rail, urban rail transit, wind energy, solar photovoltaic and other industries; to accelerate the research and development of environmentally friendly two-component polyurethane coatings and special resins.

(7) Waterborne polyurethane

Waterborne polyurethanes are widely used, but due to the presence of hydrophilic groups or segments on the waterborne polyurethane dispersion segments, the water resistance, stain resistance and other physical mechanical and chemical properties of the paint film are reduced; the preparation process and the film formation process are also It was determined that the solvent resistance, heat resistance, and mechanical strength of PUD films were inferior to those of the corresponding solvents. In addition, due to the high latent heat of evaporation of water, the aqueous product also has a problem of a long drying time. Therefore, improving the above-mentioned performance of waterborne polyurethane and changing and optimizing the preparation and construction process, so that the development of waterborne polyurethane in a variety of directions, multi-functional, high solid content, high cleanliness, low consumption, excellent quality is still the focus of scientific research.

Based on the current scientific research status, the following work has been carried out and strengthened: basic research on the structure, properties and reaction mechanism of waterborne polyurethanes; development of water-free polyurethanes without isocyanate; development of solvent-free synthesis of waterborne polyurethanes; and development and synthesis of waterborne polyurethanes Research and development of technologies; strengthening the application of renewable resources and cheap raw materials in the modification and synthesis of waterborne polyurethanes; development of new water-based curing agents, and new raw material systems such as moderate and low temperature blocked isocyanates; strengthening the research and development of room-temperature crosslinking waterborne polyurethanes; Preparation of water-borne polyurethanes; intensification of application technology of two-component systems, electron ray and UV irradiation for post-curing cross-linking application technology, and new process technology, new equipment, and new methods for water-based resin drying and film formation; PUD production process technology Optimized, automated, continuous.

(8) Polyurethane (leather shoes) resin

Polyurethane resin specifically refers to leather and shoe polyurethane resins, namely polyurethane resins for soles and polyurethane resins for synthetic leather. Polyurethane sole fluid is mainly used for manufacturing soles and related shoe components. Due to its excellent comprehensive performance, especially light weight, abrasion resistance, etc., the application rate on the sole material is getting higher and higher; the polyurethane leather resin is mainly used for manufacturing polyurethane synthesis. Leather and polyurethane artificial leather are raw materials for everyday consumer goods such as footwear, bags, automobiles, and clothing. With the rapid development of China’s national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the traditional natural leather raw materials are far from meeting the needs of industrial and people’s consumption growth due to limited resources and environmental protection requirements. It will be replaced by artificial tanning. Synthetic leathers are favored by footwear, bags, and garments industries for their versatile, vivid and affordable products, and they have a certain potential for export prospects. The current market is very strong. In particular, high-grade polyurethane synthetic leather, with high technical content, is the mainstream of the development of artificial leather in the future, and the supply of products is in short supply.

- Polyurethane shoe stock solution

The development direction is to develop low-density (0.3-0.4g/cm3) sole materials; to develop high-performance, low-cost new technologies (such as grafted polyester, polyether polyol formulations, etc.) to improve the cost performance and other sole materials (such as EVA , PVC, TPR, rubber, etc.) competitiveness; improve the performance of polyether products, and expand the application scale.

——Polyurethane Leather Resin

Accelerate the development and industrialization of environment-friendly PU synthetic resin. The company mainly develops waterborne (following high solid content and TPU type) polyurethane synthetic leather resins. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, water-based polyurethane synthetic leather resins are mainly modified by other resins to improve performance, and have basically reached the performance level of solvent-based products. Several 10,000-ton production facilities have to be established to form an industrial scale.

Developed a functional polyurethane synthetic leather resin. In response to the ever-increasing demand for functional synthetic leather products, various functional resins have been developed and their application scale has been expanded. This mainly includes: flame-retardant resin, shape memory resin, high permeability and breathable resin, four-type (fire, water, oil, anti-static) resin, self-cleaning resin, durable resin and so on.

Increase the development of special additives. According to statistics, at present five categories of domestic urethane synthetic leather auxiliaries (resolve faults, improve processing performance, increase functionality, regulate surface effects, surface treatment) account for more than 50% of imports, domestic available performance and foreign have Little difference.

(9) Polyurethane Adhesives and Sealants

At present, the domestic polyurethane adhesives are mainly solvent-based thermoplastics, which are mainly used for shoes, dry composite films, and general-purpose adhesives. From the point of view of production technology, there are two methods for polyurethane adhesives for shoes, one of which is self-developed solution polymerization. One is based on imported foreign adhesive TPU granular resin, dissolved in a mixed solvent, and dissolved in compound. law. Bonded TPU granular resin is a high-end production technology of TPU. At present, there are only a few manufacturers of small-scale production equipment in China, and it is not enough to compete with importers of large foreign companies. The solution method production is facing more and more pressing countries to limit the limits of organic solvent volatilization (VOC) regulations. Therefore, the main development direction and goals of polyurethane adhesives and sealants during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period are as follows: To develop adhesive TPU granular resin Production technology, based on the “Eleventh Five-Year” research and development, to further improve process technology, improve the performance level of key extrusion equipment for reaction extruding twin-screw reactors and supporting precision continuous metering and post-processing plants, and establish more than 10 2,000 tons / Annual production line, product performance meets the performance level of imported products; Accelerates the process of non-solvating and develops high solids content (50% or more) for polyurethane adhesives, No or low cosolvent content for waterborne polyurethane dispersion (PUD) production Technology, to establish a 10,000-ton professional commercial production device; to speed up the PUD downstream adhesive formulation and preparation process technology development, to develop a large-scale application of typical products such as shoes, composite film, performance up to the import level; speed up in the car, construction The use of one-component moisture-curing polyurethane sealants in other applications improves performance and expands application scale. Several new 5000 to 10,000 tons/year installations were built; the development of silicone-modified polyether sealants was accelerated, and intermediate resin production technology with independent property rights was developed, and 5000-10,000 tons grade production equipment was established.

(ten) Polyurethane equipment

Polyurethane equipment is divided into polyurethane foam processing equipment and polyurethane elastomer processing equipment.

The gap between China's polyurethane foam processing equipment and foreign countries is mainly reflected in low output, few varieties, and low applicability. In particular, the gap between per capita consumption is large, and some key equipment and key components still need to be imported. The key equipment and components are R&D requires a high level of basic industry as a means of assurance. It also requires more advanced test equipment, raw materials and test funding. The independent innovation and R&D capabilities of domestic companies are weaker than those of foreign countries. There is no national-level group research and development force. The gap between design and R&D personnel and the constraints of the system affect the development of the industry as a whole. The development of the polyurethane foam processing equipment industry in the next five years should focus on environmental protection and energy conservation, and improve the reliability and stability of existing equipment for technological development and product development. At the same time pay attention to the development of new application areas.

The specific research and development goal is to concentrate on the development of safe and energy-saving environmental protection equipment that is compatible with carbon dioxide foaming media and new foaming media technology in the soft foam industry; the hard foam industry should focus on the development of new CFC foaming agent alternatives. The required environmental protection equipment and large-scale continuous laminated foaming production line, the skinning foam industry, should increase the foam mold development and how to improve the precision of the foam mold, improve the quality of the skinned foam products and the service life of the mold.

The TPU production equipment is mainly a reaction-extruded twin-screw reactor for resin production and a complete set of precision continuous metering and post-processing equipment. During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, China began to develop and produce similar equipment, but there are still many performance levels and control technologies. gap. During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, the company will mainly solve the problem of supporting high-precision continuous metering devices and control system technology, form a 2-3 R&D and production center for complete sets of equipment, and provide a 2,000-ton/year TPU resin production line device with stable performance and import quality.

Third, preliminary suggestions
